About Holly

Holly is a wildlife photographer, whose interest in the natural world began at a young age with her close proximity to the Peak District. She followed this passion and went on to study Zoology at Queen Mary University of London. Whilst studying Zoology, she became more aware of the catastrophic effects of climate change and the importance of wildlife conservation.

Following on from her degree, Holly undertook a practical conservation internship at RSPB Dungeness, which encouraged her interest in birds. This interest grew throughout lockdown and her passion for photography grew alongside it.

Holly has since qualified as a science teacher and is educating pupils about the environment around them, whilst also using her photography to educate people on the beauty, yet fragility of our planet and how we can make our contribution to protect it.
